Education is not a chore and shouldn't be seen as one, it should be seen as an everyday life experience which can enrich your life. Enjoy and relish it.

  • "We recommend EC highly"

We were delighted with our consultant's assessment of our children. He was unbelievably accurate in his assessments. His manner and approach were very friendly yet professional. The children felt at ease with him.

  • "A much needed flagship service"

I was thrilled to hear that you have decided to set up your own company. I don't know why you didn't do it earlier. When you see what is out there you begin to appreciate the difference between quality committed professionals and those set out to make a profit out of parents' ignorance. Best wishes in your new venture. We have every confidence that you will succeed in developing a much needed flagship service.

  • "A stress free approach to a child's education"

I have been using the services provided by EC for the past 3 years, and I have found them to be extremely efficient and reliable. The fact that they are all serving teachers and senior leaders in independent and state schools in the UK; gives them a leading edge over other companies I tried, when seeking assessments for 7+, 11+ and 14+ for my three children and my nephew and nieces.

  • "From having no hope to actually have the opportunity to make a choice"

I thought that I should write to thank you for all the support and help that you have given to Josh in the last year. When we first came to you we were a little apprehensive. Josh's teacher and head-teacher at his school had told us that we should not contemplate applying for the local grammar Schools or our choice of independent school.

One of my friends advised me to talk to you and I will never forget the advice that you gave us after you assessed him. We put our trust in you and during the first 4 weeks of tutoring we saw a transformation in Josh. He began to look forward to his maths and English lessons, and his mid-year school report showed that he was doing better than expected. Josh passed his exams and got into all three schools that we applied for. Imagine our delight. From having no hope to actually have the opportunity to make a choice. Thank you so much and yes I will be recommending Education Complete to my family and friends.

  • "I feel so positive that my children will now succeed with your support"

I am so glad that I was fortunate enough to come across Education Complete and talk to experienced teachers who understand the education system and can provide quality guidance and support. I feel so positive that my children will now succeed with your support.

I approached three other companies prior to this and found that they lacked the teaching experience that your teachers and senior team have. I particularly liked the initial assessments that you carried out. This was very accurate and your action plan to support my son was well structured with clear focus for each lesson. I also like the fact that I am always kept well informed of my child's progress. I feel confident now that he will get through.

I thought that I should let you know how well Simon is doing at school since he started his 13+ maths tuition with you. For the first time ever, he has come top of his maths set with 98%. His class are now saying that he is a 'legend.' We feel confident now that he will get into the schools that we selected for him on our trip to the UK. His English is also improving. Our only worry is that he is still not reading as much as we would like him to.

  • I first met the staff who have now created EC in 1992 when I joined the Sixth Form to prepare for my A-levels in Mathematics, Economics, English Literature and Sociology. Sharon was Head of the joint sixth form. I remember entering the sixth form as a shy student and she made it her personal goal to bring me out of my shell.

Sharon was very supportive to all her students and worked hard at trying to get us all to achieve our full potential. I recall speaking to her about the possibility of completing my A-level in Sociology in one year (rather than two) and she went out of her way to ensure that I could achieve this goal successfully (including speaking to other faculty members to relieve me from sitting AS-levels in other subjects in the same year). She also spoke to senior faculty members so that (exceptionally) I could carry out my A-level in Mathematics to cover Pure Mathematics, Mechanics and Probability and Statistics.

She was very keen to encourage as many students in my year to apply to one of the Oxbridge Universities, and liaised with the Group to Encourage Ethnic Minority Applications (GEEMA) in Cambridge so that we could visit for a weekend and sample life at the university. Having stayed at Trinity College for the weekend, I knew that this was the college that I wished to apply to. Sharon was fully supportive of my application (despite the competition I would face in obtaining a place at Trinity) and provided coaching to assist me in completing my application form (in particular, directing me to 'market' my skills, academic qualifications and extra-curricular activities). She also arranged for a careers counsellor from the London Borough of Brent to carry out a mock interview prior to my interviews at Trinity. This was extremely helpful, and encouraged me to develop flexibility during the interview process and not be afraid to argue a viewpoint.

  • With Sharon's support, I attained top grades in my A-levels and went on to read Law at Trinity College, Cambridge. After completing a LL.M. in the U.S, I qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and now work as a senior associate at the Hong Kong office of a London city firm. Despite my departure from sixth form almost 20 years ago, Sharon has always kept in contact to keep abreast of my progress. She is a teacher to whom I owe much gratitude for my academic and vocational progress and personal development. I should add that I wasn't the only student to have done so well. Several others won places at Oxbridge and many other prestigious Universities. We all feel that this can all be put down to Sharon's belief in us that we too could do it. Her constant monitoring of our progress and liaising with our subject tutors ensured that we made rapid progress.

I am delighted that Sharon and has now decided to use her skills and expertise in setting up her own education organisation. I am confident that she will deliver the same service to every student who enrols at Education Complete. She is a unique individual who understands the UK education systems inside out. Her ability to network with universities and schools across the country will ensure that children and parents, both locally and globally receive the best possible care, guidance and academic support to realise their dreams.
